A man was shot and critically wounded on Monday night in the Rosemoor neighborhood on the Far South Side.

About 9:35 p.m., the 20-year-old was walking in the 10300 block of South Vernon when he heard gunfire and realized he’d been hit in the thigh and foot, according to Chicago Police.
