A 37-year-old woman was injured during a house party Sunday in the Homan Square neighborhood on the West Side.

She suffered a leg injury about 2:35 a.m. in the backyard of the home in the 3700 block of West Grenshaw, according to Chicago Police. She was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition.

Police initially reported that the woman had suffered a graze wound, but determined after a medical examination her injury was not caused by gunfire, police said.
