Missing man from West Rogers Park is found safe

Donald Minott has short-term memory loss and is able to carry a conversation but cannot verbally express his home address, Chicago police said.

A 60-year-old man reported missing from West Rogers Park on the North Side has been located safely, according to police.

Donald Minott was last seen about 3 p.m. Sunday in the 2000 block of West Arthur Avenue, Chicago police said.

Police said Tuesday morning that Minott had been found safe.
