An 18-year-old man was shot in the Roseland neighborhood Sunday afternoon on the Far South Side.

About 4:25 p.m., he was in a gangway in the 100 block of West 113th Place when he heard gunshots and realized he’d been hit in the back, leg and chest, according to Chicago Police.

Someone drove him to Roseland Community Hospital, where he was listed in serious condition.

Police said the shooting likely was gang-related.
