Here’s one of the most fun events around for a good cause, Zumba for Danny Did.
It’s from 1 until 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 28, and it’s Zumba, Zumba and then some more Zumba. Every couple of numbers the instructors change, so you get to sample a lot of different styles. You can do as many of the dances as you like.
In Zumba, which is cardio dance fitness exercise, the instructors don’t talk much; the cues are all non-verbal, but easy to follow. Oh, and did I mention, fun? (If you are a regular reader of my blog, you know Zumba is one of my obsessions.)
