A 19-year-old woman was grazed in a shooting Sunday afternoon in the South Side Park Manor neighborhood.

A male fired shots into a group of people at 4:24 p.m. in the 7000 block of South State and then got into a vehicle and drove away, according to Chicago Police.

The woman suffered a graze wound to her buttocks and was taken to St. Bernard Hospital in good condition, police said.
