It’s the first day of school in Chicago, and coincidently, the Cubs have the day off.

Cubs catcher David Ross appreciated the day off more than most Cubs members because he was able to take his two kids to school. He posted a picture on Twitter with his kids in front of their school with the caption: “It’s nice when off day lines up with first day of school.”

Ross’ son represents the MLB during his first day of school with a baseball backpack.

The Cubs catcher will be able to take his kids to school for the next seven days as the Cubs play in Chicago until Aug. 25.
