A 45-year-old man died after suffering a heart attack and crashing his car early Saturday in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side.

Kenneth Williams was driving in the 400 block of West 47th Street about 1:50 a.m. when he lost control of his car and it struck a viaduct, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Williams, of the 4600 block of South Lake Park, was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 3:07 a.m., according to the medical examiner’s office.

An autopsy found he died of a heart attack and heart disease, and his death was ruled natural.
