A man was shot in the Ukrainian Village neighborhood Saturday morning on the Near West Side.

The 21-year-old was shot in the right shoulder about 7 a.m. in the 2300 block of West Chicago, police said.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, according to police.
