Every week of the 2015 Chicago Bears season, Chicago Sun-Times Sports will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the 1985 Bears by speaking with players from the team including Jimbo Covert, Dan Hampton, Dennis McKinnon and Otis Wilson.

“Who else are you going to get?” Covert asked. “I don’t know who else is out there right now.

“It’s kind of hard to get my head around Jay Cutler,” McKinnon said. “He’s definitely not as tough as some of the quarterbacks I played with. Especially Jim McMahon.

In 1930, a 15-year-old Harry Caray was living in St. Louis when the city hosted an aircraft exhibition honoring aviator Charles Lindbergh. “The ‘first ever’ cow to fly in an airplane was introduced at the exhibition,” said Grant DePorter, Harry Caray restaurants manager. “She became the most famous cow in the world at the time and is still listed among the most famous bovines along with Mrs. O’Leary’s cow and ‘Elsie the cow.’”
