A 12-year-old boy who suffers from seizures was reported missing early Saturday from Portage Park.
Kenneth Maya did not take his medication, EpiPen, medical ID bracelet or cell phone with him, according to a police missing person’s alert that said his parents told authorities his last post on social media contained the word “death” and said that he was depressed.
