The driver of a Ford Taurus lost control of his car and crossed three lanes of I-55 before crashing into a tree in Plainfield on Wednesday.

At 11:25 p.m., Dominic Baglieri, 22, was driving a Ford Taurus northbound in the left lane of I-55 just south of Route 126, according to preliminary information from Illinois State Police.
