Two shot in Chicago Lawn

Two men were shot Friday afternoon in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The men, ages 22 and 24, were in a vehicle in the 3200 block of West 60th Street, when they exited the vehicle and got into an argument with at least two other people, police said.

The other people fired shots, striking the 22-year-old in the shoulder and leg and the 24-year-old in the back, police said.

They drove themselves to Holy Cross Hospital, where both of their conditions were stabilized, police said.

A police source said both men are documented gang members.
