A man has been charged with domestic battery for stabbing another man in the chest Sunday morning in the West Side Austin neighborhood.

Latrice Hardy stabbed the 29-year-old man at 11:33 a.m. in the 2900 block of West Harrison, according to Chicago Police. The victim was taken in serious condition to Stroger Hospital.

Hardy, who lives in the same block, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. and charged with a misdemeanor count of domestic battery, police said. Additional details were not provided.
