A man was critically wounded late Sunday in a Little Village neighborhood drive-by shooting on the Southwest Side.

At 11:02 p.m., the 18-year-old was in the 2700 block of West 23rd Street when someone in a passing vehicle fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition with a gunshot wound to the abdomen, police said.
