Aries (March 21-April 19)

Mercury retrograde lasts until Nov. 21 (but if buying a car or a computer, wait to Dec. 8, because Mercury is still catching up to the degree it was at when it first went retrograde.) Today a boss, parent or the police might surprise you. Take note!

Taurus (April 20-May 20)

This is a solid day because the moon is in your fellow Earth sign, and you want to do something different. It’s the end of the week, and you want adventure. “Fresh horses and more whiskey for my men!” Meet friends for happy hour. With ex-partners back in your life, you’ve got gossip.

Gemini (May 21-June 20)

Mercury retrograde will continue to cause disruptions and goofy mistakes at work until Nov. 21. The good news is it will “help” you finish old business. Meanwhile, be smart and get on top of banking issues and anything to do with inheritances and shared property because something unexpected is going on today.

Cancer (June 21-July 22)

You have to go more than halfway when dealing with others because the moon is opposite your sign. In other words, be accommodating, friendly and cooperative. Old issues with your kids and ex-flames are in the picture, but you can handle this. (You never let go.) Oy!

Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)

Allow extra time so you have wiggle room to cope with the unexpected at work. Keep your eyes open. Meanwhile, stock the fridge because relatives you haven’t seen for a while might pop by. You’re a generous host and will want to be prepared.

Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

This is a mildly accident-prone day for your kids, so be vigilant. Social plans might change or be canceled. On the other hand, a surprise invitation might come your way! Allow extra time for transportation delays. (Groan.)

Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Grab a bottle of wine. Shop for good food and drink because you might spontaneously entertain at home. Although you’re free to shop, because of Mercury retrograde, wait until Dec. 8 to buy cars, trucks, computers and cellphone. (Even though technically, Mercury retrograde is over Nov. 21.)

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Mercury retrograde in your sign creates lost items, missed appointments, mixed-up conversations and goofy mistakes. Nevertheless, today all systems are go. Feel free to shop. Ideally, postpone Mercury-related purchases like cars, trucks, computers and cellphones until Dec. 8.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
