Four garages were burglarized recently in Marquette Park on the Southwest Side.

In each incident someone broke into garages and stole items, according to a community alert from Chicago police.

The burglaries happened:

  • About 4 a.m. June 3 in the 6400 block of South Talman Avenue;
  • About 3 a.m. June 4 in the 6300 block of South California Avenue;
  • About 6:30 a.m. June 5 in the 7100 block of South Sacramento Avenue; and
  • About 6 a.m. June 6 in the 7100 block of South Mozart Avenue.
