An 18-year-old man was shot in the right foot Saturday in the Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side.

The shooting occurred about 1:56 p.m. in the 7100 block of S. Ingleside, according to Chicago Police. The victim was transported to University of Chicago Hospital in good condition..

Police said the victim told detectives he was in an alley when he heard shots and felt pain, but was otherwise being uncooperative with investigators.
