Associated Bank: Donna N. Smith, executive vice president and head of corporate banking, was named one of 25 Women to Watch by American Banker.

EY: Kelly Grier, vice chair of talent for the Americas, was selected to serve on the National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Plastic Surgery Foundation: Nicholas B. Vedder, chief of plastic surgery and vice chair of the department of surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle, was appointed to a one-year term as president.
