A man was shot inside a garage in the West Englewood neighborhood late Thursday.

About 11:50 p.m., the 22-year-old was in a garage in the 2100 block of West 70th Place when he saw another male shoot at him, striking him in the right thigh, police said.

A friend drove the man to Holy Cross Hospital, where his condition had stabilized, police said.
