A man died Tuesday evening after he was shot in south suburban Calumet Park.

Cameron Foreman, 22, was shot in the chest at West 125th and South Paulina streets in Calumet Park, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Foreman, of the 12700 block of Laflin Street in Calumet Park, was pronounced dead at 5:25 p.m. Tuesday, according to the medical examiner’s office. His death was ruled a homicide.

A Calumet Park police spokesman didn’t immediately respond to a call for information Wednesday afternoon.
